By accessing or using our application, website, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

We do not sell, rent, or share personally identifiable health information. Limited, de-identified, aggregate data may be used as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

Age Requirement: You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account and use the app.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions performed through your account.

Restricted Conduct: You agree not to copy, extract, modify, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse any part of the platform. Unauthorized activity may result in suspension, termination, and possible legal action.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful data regarding your health, usage, and tracking logs to maintain feature accuracy.

3. Not Medical Advice

Ascend is a self-guided tracking and educational tool, not a healthcare provider.

The app does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medical conditions.

Always consult a qualified physician before adjusting medication, peptides, dosages, exercise, or nutrition plans.

We cannot guarantee results or wellness outcomes. Individual response to peptides and lifestyle changes varies.

4. Service Use & Limitations

Permitted Use: Personal wellness tracking, habit monitoring, and goal progress evaluation.

Prohibited Use: Uploading illegal, offensive, harmful, or falsified data is not permitted.

Feature Availability: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time for performance, regulatory, or technical reasons. Users will be notified when material service changes occur.
